Grammy Career Day, New York City, March 22 District-Wide Honors Band, April 10 "Behind the Bedroom Wall" book by Laura Williams and adapted for a sixth grade musical by Music teacher Joan Burr and English teacher Laurie Adams, May 4-7 Orchestra Cruise to Key West and Cozumel, April 17-21 District-Wide Jazz Festival, May 10 Ben Franklin and the Glass Armonica at Eastbury, April 3 Auditions and Master Classes for 8th grade performing ensembles - audjudicated by Maestro Edward Cumming, May 1 Original musical performed by 5th graders - composed by June Johnson, June 8 Ongoing composition master classes with local composers - sponsored by the Vermont Midi-Project Grant
